Renewal cycle

Same as at sign-up; if the price changes, you will be notified in the app or by the platform before any charge

When you are charged

Charged automatically the day before the current cycle ends

Advance notice

The Huawei / Apple subscription system notifies you before the renewal charge (Huawei sends a reminder several days ahead)

How to cancel auto-renewal

Huawei devices: in the App’s purchase page → “Manage subscription”, or Settings → Account center → Payment and purchases → Subscriptions, then cancel “inflora Premium”.
Apple devices: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, then cancel “inflora”.
After cancelling, benefits stay active for the current cycle; when it ends, billing stops and the account returns to the free tier (all your data is kept — only the free limits apply).

Refunds

Purchases and refunds are handled by the Huawei AppGallery / Apple App Store payment systems and can be initiated from the platform’s purchase history.

Other

No free trial is offered; Premium is an ongoing subscription covering the service and cloud sync.
